Zero Liquid Discharge
ZLD
Our Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) system is a testament to our commitment to resource efficiency and sustainability. With ZLD, we ensure that 99.9% of the water used in our printing processes is treated and recycled, with only 0.1% not utilized. This innovative approach significantly reduces water waste and minimizes our environmental footprint. Additionally, the recycled water plays a crucial role in our energy processes, providing the energy needed for dyeing and washing fabrics. By implementing ZLD, we not only conserve precious water resources but also lower our overall energy consumption, reinforcing our dedication to sustainable manufacturing practices.
