Shipping Policy

What payment options does RATAN JAIPUR support?

  • We accept all Master, Visa and, American express cards. (For Domestic & International Orders)
  • Net banking facility of all major banks in India. (For Domestic Only)
  • Cash on Delivery ONLY on Domestic orders valued above INR 2000.00
  • All International orders are eligible for PREPAID payment mode ONLY. Any Cash on Delivery order received shall be put on hold till our team assist you to convert the order to PREPAID.

What is the cost of shipping?

Domestic Orders:
  • Shipping for all orders above INR 2000.00 within India is Free. There is a minimal charge of INR 200 for all Orders below INR 2000.00
International Orders:
  • The Shipping fee for international orders is automatically calculated on the basis of Net Weight for Apparel and Volume Metric Weight for Quilts and other selected items that are shipped in boxes. We make sure your order reaches you in perfect condition. We use DHL as our logistics partner.

Note: Paper products are not Eligible for International Shipping, due to possibility of damage in transit.

    What would be the estimated delivery time?

    Domestic Orders:

    • Your order will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days from the order dispatch date. Usually dispatched within 3 working days. Except during festivals and other government holidays.
    International Orders:
    • Your order will be delivered in 7 to 10 working days from the order dispatch date. Usually dispatched within 4 working days. Except during festivals and other government holidays.
    • Your order can arrive in single or multiple shipments due to logistic & order fulfilment center reasons, our team will provide tracking details for the same after the order is dispatched.

    What does the different order status mean?

    1. Open: When an order has been placed recently
    2. In Transit: When the order is in processing stage by our team.
    3. Failed: If the order has been cancelled by our team due to any reason.
    4. Cancelled: When the order has been cancelled by the customer.
    5. Dispatched: When the order has been processed by our team & is on its way for delivery.
    6. Delivered: When the order has been delivered to the customer.
    7. To ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

    When and how can you cancel an order?

    Domestic Orders:
    • You can cancel your order by calling at +91-8239117227 before 5:00 pm of the day when you have placed your order.
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the payment source. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%) as its a charge beyond our control.
    International Orders:
    • In the event you wish have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at care@ratanjaipur.com
    • If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we will refund the amount to the payment source. Such refund will be initiated after deducting the payment gateway charges (2.5%) as its a charge beyond our control.
    • All orders placed will not be eligible for cancellation after 24 hours of placing the order.

    How can you change your shipping address after you have placed the order?

    Domestic & International Orders: For changing your shipping address after placing your order you need to contact our Customer Care representatives at (+91-8239117227) & they will confirm whether it is possible or not ( if order is not yet dispatched , then they will definitely change your shipping address.)

    How can you ship different items in your order to different shipping addresses?

    Domestic & International Orders: If you want to ship different items to different addresses, you need to place orders separately for each item.

    In case, you are not at home at the time of delivery

    Domestic & International Orders: The courier company will call you on the contact number provided by you before delivering the order. If in case you are not at home, they will leave a message and make a second attempt. We urge you to plan and co-ordinate accordingly so that someone is available at home to receive the order.

    Additional and Surcharges

    Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on RATAN JAIPUR (Octroi, Sales Tax)?

    Domestic Orders:
    Note: The listed price is inclusive of all the taxes and is the final price what you have to pay for the product.

    • There is NO Minimum order Value
    • A surcharge of Rs. 200 will be applicable for order value less than Rs. 2000

    International Orders:

    • All Custom Duties & Taxes levied on the products will be borne by the customer. This is as per the regulations set by the country you are receiving the shipment in and our logistics partner will assist you with this payment before the order is delivered to you.
    • There is NO Minimum order Value

    Shipping Operation Hours:
    Your orders will only be processed and packed during the operation hours. Our mailing team operates from 9:00 am IST to 5.00pm IST, Monday - Saturday (exclusive of Public Holidays).
